Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders or any unexpected delay, we’ll notify you via email as soon as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States (FREE Shipping)

  • Delivery Time: 3–4 business days
  • Cost: Free

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or customs.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Customs processing times (for international orders)

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you still need help, contact us at  luxypacesup@gmail.com  and we’ll assist you.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, include photos of the package and product. We'll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
