Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase from LuxyPace. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pet beds that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at luxypacesup@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
